Why Is Dhyan Sangeet?
Dhyan Sangeet is a unique meditation experience where sound becomes the vehicle to carry you into profound inner silence. Unlike a concert or musical performance, there is no audience and no performers—only fellow seekers journeying inward together.
The session includes Omkar (sacred sound) chanting, Bhramari (humming bee breath), and periods of deep silence. It concludes with a soulful bhajan that seals the experience in the heart.
Dhyan Sangeet is not affiliated with any religion. It is open to all seekers, regardless of background, beliefs, or prior meditation experience.
- Not a Concert
- Not Religious
- Open To All
The Philosophy
Sound → Silence → Meditation
The Philosophy
"To spread peace and inner balance through the sacred path of sound—reaching every heart that yearns for stillness, one session at a time."
The Guide
Shri Prateek Chaitanya Ji
Shri Prateek Chaitanya Ji is the founder and guide of Dhyan Sangeet. An alumnus of IIT-BHU, he chose the path of inner exploration over conventional success, dedicating his life to sharing the transformative power of sound meditation.
With over 15 years of practice and teaching, he has guided countless seekers from all walks of life into the experience of inner silence. His approach is simple, non-religious, and accessible to all.
He believes that peace is not something to be achieved, but something to be uncovered—and sound is the gentlest way to remove what covers it.
